In 2017, Tour & Taxis wanted to move forward and position itself within the city.
Following an in-depth analysis of the neighbourhood, the site itself, the communication, and the result of multiple interviews, we were able to provide a comprehensive strategic vision for the site.
“Preserve the soul for a strong identity, enhance the architecture by creating vibrations, encourage travel and experience, be disruptive in order to offer a multisensory discovery, be a welcoming space so that everyone can make it their own and find pleasure there, create a rhythm that can meet everyone's needs, become an attractive site by offering a relevant and comprehensive program.”
The entire strategic vision was printed in French and Dutch on a half-A3 ring bound book and given to the client.
